DEAD ON ARRIVAL

We check each and every item before shipping it to our customers to make it sure that only working products are delivered to our customers.

However, If your item arrives damaged or is not working, contact us at info@phytodoctor.pk for RMA (Return merchandise authorization) within 24 hours of the order being received. After returning the product to the address provided by our support team, we can send you a new item free of charge. Customers must pay the shipping fees for returning the product.

Special Notes:

Customers must first send a clear photo or video of the damaged or defective product and the shipping packaging before we can consider issuing RMA authorization. Please use good lighting, and a close to medium distance, so we can identify and verify the issue(s). Attachment size must be under 2MB for the Support Center.

  • After PhytoDoctor PK has received the returned products, It will be tested by our technical team and if a product is found to be faulty then we will send you a new item free of cost.
  • The shipping fee for returning the dead product back to us will be paid by the Buyer only.
  • Hobbytronics PK will resend the item to the customer via Standard Post free of cost if found genuine faults in the product.
  • If a customer want Express Shipping then at least Rs. 250 will be charged as shipping and handling fee and should be paid in advance.
  • If a claimed product will be found working and there will be no genuine fault observed, customer will have to pay the return shipping fee also.
  • In case of any misuse, any and all repairs, accessories and shipping fees, both ways, are fully the customer’s responsibility and are at their own expense.

MISSING ITEMS

Please be sure to open the parcel and carefully check the contents before signing for the package. For any issues, please carefully follow our warranty process to minimize any delays:

  • Contact us at info@phytodoctor.pk with your order number and the product code (SKU number).
  • Please send us a clear picture of the outer packaging, all shipping labels visible, and (if applicable) the item received.

Possible Solutions:

  • If there is an item missing, we will resend the missing item/accessory for free within two working days.
  • If we have shipped the wrong item: we will either refund you in full or dispatch an alternative item (if applicable and available). You have to return the items back and Hobbytronics PK will pay for the return shipment. Refunds will be processed within three working days after receiving the wrong items back intact.
